What we collect
This website does not use any analytics or advertising tool, and does not require an account. We only collect the data you send us through the contact form: subject, name, email address and message.
Like any website, our host records technical connection logs (IP address, date, pages requested) for security and proper operation.
Why we use it
- To answer your message (legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in replying to it).
- To keep the website secure (legal basis: legitimate interest).
Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Who receives it
Only the Atlantis Studio team. The website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. Messages are delivered by email through the form service Web3Forms, which acts as a processor. This provider may process data outside the European Union; in that case, transfers are framed by appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).
If you play the trailer, the video is served by YouTube (Google) in privacy-enhanced mode: see our cookie policy.
How long we keep it
- Contact messages: as long as needed to handle your request, then up to 3 years after our last exchange.
- Technical logs: according to the host’s retention period, 12 months maximum.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request its portability. Write to contact@atlantisstudio.fr. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Security
The website is served over HTTPS and we limit access to messages to the people who need them.
